A Rhode Island native with a longstanding interest in real estate, Cindy is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate each transaction with clarity, confidence, and a thoughtful, highly personalized approach.
Before entering real estate, Cindy held senior leadership roles at several of the nation’s largest financial institutions, including Citizens Financial Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, and FleetBoston Financial. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Human Resources Chief Administrative Officer at Citizens, where she led complex enterprise initiatives and advised senior executives on strategy, organizational change, risk, technology, and workforce planning. Her ability to manage intricate situations, communicate effectively, and bring people together translates naturally to guiding clients through important real estate decisions.
Deeply connected to Rhode Island, Cindy understands the communities, relationships, and qualities that make the state such a special place to call home. Her extensive corporate and community board service has further strengthened her expertise in strategy, governance, finance, and leadership. She holds a B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Bryant University, completed executive development at Harvard Business School, and is a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island.
